• Functional specifications of the payment factory acquisition and restitution services for customer acquisition and restitution associated clients: ARA / PSR, 240 operation statement & Camt054, CFONB account statement, MT940.
• Specifying the factory connection with the interbank and intergroup trade platform.
• Designing the test strategy, steering the approval phase and organization from start to finish of testing
• Support of pilot customers of the SEPA Credit Transfer Mass services.
• Sales team support in their response to large SEPA Credit Transfer or SEPA Direct Debit remitters.
• Animation of steering and project committees (strategy, budget, operational)
